Job Description

The primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to performs a wide range of highly technical duties associated with the design, implementation and support of the CJK / Bang Printing infrastructure and related IT services to ensure 24/7 business continuity across multiple sites.
Job Tasks:

  • Incorporate new technology concepts into the planning and implementation processes for the LAN/WAN and HCI infrastructure using state-of-the-art data and network technology.
  • Support Dell|EMC HyperConverged VxRails infrastructure.
  • Read, interpret and develop technical specifications and support documents.
  • Establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with superiors, co-workers, customers and vendors.
  • Develop project plans for implementing new installations or system upgrades.
  • Manage network security operations, install and maintain network hardware, anti-x software, firewall, intrusion prevention system and proactive monitoring of systems.
  • Perform routine back-up and restore operations that align with business RPO/RTO guidelines.
  • Design IT workflow and customer guided support plans as needed.
  • Fulfill assigned service requests and assist help desk with escalated tickets.
  • Maintain physical and virtual infrastructure environments.
  • Manage and maintain on premise Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • Ability to support Bang Printing locations 24/7 and possible travel to other CJK facilities.
  • Assist with organizational compliance initiatives (GDPR, PCI, SOX, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Conduct security assessments and compliance related scans, remediating vulnerabilities and other findings as reported by the compliance team.
  • Serve as point of contact with third party vendors for technical support.
  • Continuous education in Information Technology is required.

Education and Experience:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems or a combination of secondary education and related work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience with 2 years in current position as a Network Engineer or Senior Network Administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft MCSE, Cisco, CompTIA Network+ or Security+ Certifications preferred

The Controller will be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to create consistency, resolve issues and advance the efficiency of the finance team throughout the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals who have are interested in performing a Human Resource Generalist position.

The purpose of the Human Resource Generalist is to support our Human Resources department by acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers and external partners. The main duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and recruiting records), recruiting, and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HR processes and can juggle various tasks in a timely manner.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generalist (30%)

  • Answer employee and manager queries about HR-related topic
  • Assist CJK Group resources by providing relevant employee information.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of employee events (Town Halls, service recognition, summer BBQs, and miscellaneous engagement events).
  • Create HR related reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Assist with the handling of external business partners on the delivery of HR services to the site (staffing agencies, colleges, and vendors).
  • Deliver HR services in a manner that ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations, as well as, federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and assist with the on-boarding process.
  • Process leave requests ensuring requests are properly documented and communicated/coordinated with managers, Benefits and Payroll.
  • Assist with the creation and updating of job descriptions.
  • Assist with the reporting and administration of workplace injuries.
  • Complete employment verifications.
  • Review and submit temporary resource timecards to agencies and accounts payable.
  • Other projects and assignments as assigned.

HR Systems Administration (40%)

  • Update HCM with employee record changes (new hires, status changes affecting pay, job assignments, manager reporting, shifts, etc, and terminations.
  • Run HCM link file ensuring data is available to transfer to CJK payroll for broader system updates.
  • Prepare and submit supporting employee documents for HCM system updates and payroll processing.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately.
  • Update employee records accordingly to effect performance management, online benefit enrollments, and HCM employee self-service registrations.
  • Assist with periodic employee audits in alignment with reviews (e.g. student eligibility, FSA accounts, vacation balances, etc.)
  • Other projects and assignments as assigned.

Recruiting Administration (30%)

  • Provide recruiting support for the sourcing of candidates by using databases, social media, and agency partnerships, etc.
  • Conduct prescreen interviews and assist with scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Facilitate the written offer and post-offer (background and drug screen) processes.
  • Track applicant flow and publish recruiting metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs and hiring events as identified.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field of study with minimum 2 years of related experience or an Associate’s degree with min. 3 years related experience.
  • Experience working with HR, timekeeping and payroll systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing office environment preferred.

Press Feeder (assistants) assist the Press Operator in the operation of the press to ensure acceptable quality at maximum productivity.

A Sheeter Operator sets-up and operates the paper sheeter; insuring quality paper is produced at maximum productivity. A Sheeter Operator follows scheduling requirements to ensure there is not time lost on the machines product is delivered to, in addition to grabbing sheets of paper and placing them on the machine. This position also performs additional machine operating, machine maintenance, blade changes, and troubleshooting. *Full-time positions are available for night shift (7pm – 7am).*

As a Bindery Helper, you will inspect books, signatures, covers and bindery components for quality. You will also pack boxes and complete the necessary paperwork to record labor, materials and product counts, as well as feeding pockets into the binder. You will need to skid pack according to the customers specifications, along with running the shrink wrap machine and other machines as assigned.
